NEW WINDSOR, N.Y. (Jan. 20, 2011) -- John T. Cooney Jr. of Ossining is the newest board member of the Hudson Valley Economic Development Corp.

Cooney is president of Tilcon New York Inc., a leading construction materials company based in West Nyack. He brings a long record of civic involvement to the board, as well as a deep understanding of some of the key economic challenges New York faces.
