Registration is only for Commercial Brokers in
the New York's, Hudson Valley region. Registering will allow brokers in the
Hudson Valley area to post commercial listings in the seven counties HVEDC
serves: Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster and Sullivan
Counties.
The Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation (HVEDC) urges all commercial
Brokers in the seven counties listed above to register and post all their
commercial listings.
All registration applicants and posting of listings will be reviewed by HVEDC.
The approval process could take up to 24 hours during the business week, Monday
through Friday (except holidays).
